Aioli Sauce and Fish

Cheater recipe :o)

1 cup Mayo (or Veganaise if Fasting)
2 cloves garlic minced fine
zest of 1 lemon
juice of same lemon
(salt and pepper if desired I didn't)

stir together and serve with fish or fries or....

Coat salmon fillets with it, wrap them in puff pastry and bake til done.
